Job Description

As a Hardware and Networking professional at our company based in Goa, Verna, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to hardware and network management. Freshers are also encouraged to apply if you possess a strong understanding of hardware and networking concepts. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Installing new software and hardware such as servers, cameras, printers, and computer workstations. - Assembling desktops and servers. - Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords, while ensuring the security of all systems, particularly the internet. - Installing antivirus protection and resolving network faults. - Conducting network maintenance and providing technical support. - Training staff on new systems and overseeing day-to-day administration and network monitoring. - Planning for future improvements and suggesting IT solutions for business challenges. - Ensuring that all IT infrastructure meets industry standards. - Proficiency in LINUX operating system. - Experience in IP configuration. In addition, the job requires you to be comfortable with fieldwork and work full-time during day shifts. Prior experience of at least 1 year in computer hardware is preferred.
