Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer for Field Job (on site client visit) as well as remote support using Teamviewer, Anydesk etc. Complete Knowledge of Desktop, Laptops assembling, fitting, OS Installation & Windows troubleshooting is a must. Complete Knowledge of Configuring & troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook & Windows 10 Networking, File Sharing is required. Onsite Calls, across Mumbai & Mumbai Suburban Region. · Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills. · Configure and install software on desktops and laptops. · Configure & Troubleshoot LANs and Internet Connection. · Plan, design and implement networked systems, including configurations, and support/troubleshoot network problems. · Propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. · Assisting office workers with their computer desktop systems. · Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems. · Installation and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint. · Installation and troubleshooting of mail related problems in Microsoft Outlook · Installation & troubleshooting windows 10 & 11 Operating System · Troubleshooting, installation, configuration of network printers · Installing & configuring wireless routers, ceiling mount wireless access points · Managing software based data backup Solutions on Portable Hard disk or Network Based NAS devices. · Coordinating and call logging with vendors for desktops, printers and other devices.
