Computer Hardware & Network Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Field Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure for our clients across Hyderabad to ensure smooth business operations. The candidate should be willing to move on field for support to our clients,

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues onsite & through remote support
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, CCTV, IP intercoms.
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols.
• Monitor LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks to ensure uptime and performance.
• Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.
• Provide on-site and remote user support for hardware and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hardware and networking support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows.
• Practical experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data backup systems.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
