Role Overview

Computational Design Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and deployment of parametric and computational design strategies across design packages.
• Develop and integrate computational workflows with

  Revit

  and

  BIM standards

  to support large-scale project coordination.
• Oversee integration with

  BIM platforms

  (Revit, Rhino.Inside) and collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Supervise the development of

  custom tools and scripts

  to automate design workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Mentor and guide the computational design team, establishing

  best practices

  ,

  templates

  , and

  documentation standards

• Ensure all computational deliverables comply with project goals,

  aviation regulations

  , and timelines.
• Develop

  parametric systems

  for major design components such as faades using

  Grasshopper

  Dynamo

  , and/or

  Rhino.Inside.Revit

• Automate geometry generation for complex design elements to optimize performance and constructability.
• Collaborate with

  multidisciplinary teams

  to ensure that computational solutions are scalable, buildable, and regulation-compliant.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Architecture

  ,

  Engineering

  , or related field.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in computational design within the AEC industry, ideally on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of

  BIM processes

  ,

  parametric design

  , and

  AEC workflows

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  Autodesk Revit

  ,

  Grasshopper

  , and/or

  Dynamo

  .
• Experience with

  Rhino.Inside.Revit

  integration.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, or MEP design logic and system design.
• Proven ability to develop and implement

  automation tools

  and parametric workflows.
• Excellent

  communication and collaboration skills

  with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as

  Python

  and/or

  C#

  for developing custom computational solutions.
• Experience leading teams in a

  multidisciplinary design environment
