Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Compressor Sales Engineer. The role involves meeting potential clients to provide technical consultations and present solutions tailored to their compressed air requirements. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling CEL's range of compressors, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Providing continuous technical support and maintaining relationships with customers will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support with knowledge of compressor systems.
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and team members.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Engineering background, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, is advantageous.
• Prior experience in industrial equipment sales or a similar domain is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as part of the role for client visits and consultations.
