Job Description

IT Audit & Compliance Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage IT audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
Lead audits aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and internal security policies.
Identify control gaps, analyze risks, and recommend corrective measures.
Manage evidence collection, documentation, and audit readiness for external assessments.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement audit findings and strengthen controls.
Monitor ongoing compliance and create dashboards/reports for leadership.
Ensure continuous improvement of IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
Stay updated with evolving security standards, audit practices, and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile:

3 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT audit, compliance, or information security.
Strong technology background experience working in IT, InfoSec, or technical environments.
Hands-on experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits and implementations.
CISA certification (preferred/mandatory based on your choice).
Strong understanding of ITGC, security controls, cloud technologies, and risk frameworks.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple audits simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with other frameworks like GDPR.
Experience working with GRC tools.
Background in SaaS or technology companies.
