Job Description

Location: Farmley – Noida, Sector 125Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and maintain salary-related TDS documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage and monitor statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, LWF, and CLRA.
  • Handle compliance documentation, filings, and record-keeping as per regulatory timelines.
  • Support audits, inspections, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external consultants for smooth compliance processes.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws, taxation, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, HR, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, payroll, or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, CLRA, and TDS regulations.
  • Attention to detail with good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
