Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance professional to support the compliance function and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to an NBFC.

Role & responsibilities

Assist in ensuring compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs, including routine filings, returns, and reporting.
Support implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies, SOPs, and checklists.
Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and other regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, HR) for compliance under Companies Act, labour laws, and other applicable regulations.
Maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation.
Assist during regulatory audits, inspections, and follow-ups with authorities.
Track regulatory updates and support communication of changes internally.

Qualification & Experience

Company Secretary (CS Qualified or Finalist preferred).
2-3 years of experience in compliance roles within NBFCs, BFSI, or regulated financial services.
Working knowledge of RBI guidelines, Companies Act, and basic regulatory filings.
Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
