Position: Senior Executive-Fund Operations Department: Fund Operations Experience: 3-5 yrs. Reporting to: VP- Fund Operations Location: Mumbai CTC: As per industry standards Job role: 1. Perform daily NAV calculation and reconciliation for Mutual Fund schemes. 2. Reconciliation of all bank accounts including collection and redemption accounts on daily, monthly and quarterly basis. 3. Monitor and ensure accuracy in trade settlements and corporate actions processing. 4. Generate reports and analysis related to fund performance, expenses, and compliance. 5. Collaborate with all stakeholders including investment teams, RTA, FA, custodian, and auditors for smooth fund operations. 6. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes as applicable from time to time. 7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control. 8. Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and regulatory filings. 9. Provide support in conducting various audits and addressing auditor queries in coordination with all the departments. 10. Monitor voting intimations for stock investments & ensuring if the voting is done as per the policy. Qualification: •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus. • 3-5 years of experience in fund operations in Mutual Fund or related financial services roles. • Proven track record of handling NAV calculations, reconciliations, and reporting accurately and timely. • Knowledge of mutual fund regulations and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
