Compliance- NBFC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring RBI and other Statutory guidelines, ensuring compliance within timelines, and reporting the status periodically. You will also be involved in Compliance Risk Management, defining compliance controls, and supporting the reporting manager in advisory functions across various business verticals. Additionally, you will assist in Compliance Risk Assessment exercises and driving compliance awareness across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor RBI and other Statutory guidelines, clarify queries, and implement directions in coordination with process owners - Conduct Compliance Risk Assessment, define compliance controls, and develop mitigation measures - Advise/guide the team on compliance aspects related to new product approvals, partnership arrangements, policy rollout or amendments, and customer complaints - Carry out Compliance Risk Assessment exercises for regulatory and statutory directions across all product verticals - Map compliance obligations to process owners and drive compliance awareness periodically across the organization - Assist in handling RBI inspection, finalizing responses, day-to-day RBI Correspondences, returns filing, and circulation of Compliance MIS Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: CA, CMA, CS, or any other graduation - Experience: 3+ years Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring RBI and other Statutory guidelines, ensuring compliance within timelines, and reporting the status periodically.
