Compliance Manager (ISO Certified)

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the compliance function within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance audits, managing risk assessments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Leveraging your expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you will be instrumental in shaping compliance frameworks, coaching teams, and collaborating directly with leadership to ensure regulatory excellence is embedded throughout the organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting compliance audits across global operations, driving risk assessments, root cause analysis, and developing mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and governance frameworks, as well as mentoring and guiding the compliance team to ensure alignment with Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Furthermore, you will collaborate with senior leadership to define compliance strategies, facilitate reporting, and lead remediation efforts. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives within compliance processes, identify gaps in compliance, and assist in developing corrective actions to address these gaps. Your role will also entail preparing reports and dashboards for management review and collaborating with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Operations to enhance compliance awareness and streamline operations. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5-12 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management, along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Strong leadership skills, proven experience in managing compliance functions, and exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential for success in this role.
