Compliance Control Room Reporting analyst

Role Overview: As a Reporting & Analytics Associate at ANZ, you will play a key role in providing stakeholder reporting insights and policy awareness. You will contribute to the oversight and development of Conflict of Interest policy awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Provide data insights and trend reporting for Business and Risk stakeholders for Conflict of Interest data. - Maintenance and development of VBA and Microsoft Access macros. - Perform compliance testing of ANZ Employee Personal Trading to ensure compliance with ANZ Trading policies. - Contribute to the oversight and development of Conflict of Interest policy awareness. Qualifications Required: Must have: - Confident in preparing and analyzing large data sets. - Experience in providing stakeholder reporting and communicating insights. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good to have: - Financial Markets Trading Product knowledge. - Data Visualization skills. - Ability to effectively communicate data insights and present to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
