Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Compliance team within KKR's Gurugram office, your primary responsibility will be to support the global compliance team in administering the Code of Ethics. You will closely collaborate with team members in various regions to handle employee requests and assist in maintaining the integrity of KKRs ethical standards. Your role will involve a variety of Code-related tasks, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures designed to mitigate conflicts of interest. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process employee requests related to personal trading and other matters governed by the Code of Ethics. - Assist employees in managing brokerage accounts, including reviewing account statements and establishing broker feeds from custodian banks. - Support employee annual and quarterly certification and disclosure requirements. - Aid employees in using ComplySci software for Code of Ethics administration. - Address internal and external inquiries regarding the Code of Ethics. - Maintain accurate employee records pertaining to the Code of Ethics. - Contribute to developing and improving management reporting related to the Code of Ethics. - Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to escalate findings, conduct investigations, and implement necessary actions. - Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices concerning conflicts of interest, insider trading, and market abuse detection. - Assist in enhancing code of ethics policies, procedures, and training programs to foster a compliant and ethical culture within the organization. Qualifications: - Two to three years of relevant compliance experience. - Knowledge of financial markets and instruments, with a focus on securities trading. - Familiarity with Code of Ethics software like ComplySci is preferred. - Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze large volumes of data effectively. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Demonstrates high levels of integrity and professionalism. - Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Focus on efficiency and responsiveness in addressing employee and team requests.,
