Role & responsibilities To initiate and carry Incorporation procedures like authenticating documents and proceedings used in registration of Companies, OPCs and LLP. And related post Incorporation Compliances. Adherence to Compliances and Compliance filings under Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008 within due dates. Preparation of Boards Report and filing of annual returns and financial statements for small and other than small companies. Reporting to the Manager and Board of Directors and follow-ups on appropriate actions. Making sure any updates to legislation, regulations or policies that can impact the organization and its clients. Keeping all necessary records of tasks, clients and Compiling data.
