As a Compliance Assistant at Platinum Equity Group, your role will involve supporting the team in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance procedures, conducting analyses, preparing reports, researching laws and regulations, and assisting in the development of compliance programs. Collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment of corporate operations with legal and financial directives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor compliance procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies - Conduct analyses and prepare reports related to compliance activities - Research laws and regulations to stay updated on relevant standards - Assist in the development of compliance programs - Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of corporate operations with legal and financial directives Qualifications: - Strong skills in Regulatory Compliance and knowledge of relevant rules and standards - Exceptional Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess risks and interpret data - Excellent Communication abilities for effective collaboration and documentation - Foundational knowledge or experience in Law, including corporate or real estate legal regulations - Understanding of Finance principles and related compliance requirements - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Finance, Business Administration) preferred As a Compliance Assistant at Platinum Equity Group, your role will involve supporting the team in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
