Compliance Assistant

As a Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting compliance activities and ensuring regulatory requirements are met. Your role will involve various tasks including: - Assisting with the conduct of compliance file reviews and searches - Liaising with clients to obtain due diligence information and documents - Assisting with regulatory disclosures and submissions - Assisting with the maintenance of electronic and physical records - Assisting with the preparation of compliance reports and documents - Organizing and scanning of documents - Updating and maintaining client data in document management systems - Performing other compliance duties as required To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field - Have at least three (3) years of work experience in a compliance or administrative role - Possess computer literacy and numeracy skills - Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy - Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills - Showcase exceptional organization and time management skills - Display outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Have experience with Microsoft Office programs The salary and benefits package offered for this position will be based on your qualifications and experience.,
