Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Compliance and Accreditation Manager. The Compliance and Accreditation Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all certification programs meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining compliance policies, conducting internal audits, preparing reports, liaising with regulatory bodies, and managing accreditation processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure all operations adhere to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation processes
• Experience in developing and maintaining compliance policies
• Proficiency in conducting internal audits and preparing detailed reports
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in the education or certification industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
