Compensation Benefits Consultant (HR Executive)

You have more than 3 years of experience in core compensation and benefit areas within organizations with multi-country operations or consulting experience in total rewards. Your role at Incture will involve actively participating in the design of compensation structures, allowances, salary ranges, and incentive programs while ensuring compliance with legislation. You will also be responsible for refining market intelligence data, benchmarking compensation programs, and recommending enhancements for competitiveness. In this position, you will collaborate with leadership to design and deploy various compensation programs that drive organizational performance through world-class governance and employee experience practices. You will manage large change initiatives, resolve escalated compensation issues, and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of compensation programs. Engaging with internal stakeholders, you will gather feedback to improve program designs and develop educational materials on compensation offerings. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Operating independently in a fast-paced environment, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in compensation structure, design, modeling, budgeting, and HR due diligence. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred for this position. Your expertise in compensation structure, design, and modeling, along with experience in executive remuneration, bonus and incentive plan development, allowances design, and hiring grid structuring will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, your skills in compensation budgeting, HR due diligence, and merger and acquisition activities will be valuable contributions to the organization.,
