Job Title: Management Trainee - CS Location: Mumbai - Andheri East What you will do: Well versed with Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Basic knowledge of & Legal functions. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries. Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meengs (AGMs) Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors Who you are: Currently in search of Internship in company Secretary What's in it for You?
