Team Management: • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of mutual fund sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to help them improve their sales skills and performance. • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and develop action plans for professional development 2. Sales Strategy Implementation: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive acquisition / Activation target across the team • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed. 3. Relationship Management: • Cultivate strong relationships with MFDS and intermediaries to enhance loyalty and maximize activations. • Address MFDs inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Track team performance against sales targets, KPIs, and other key metrics. • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. • Identify areas of strength and areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize team performance. 5. Training and Development: • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members. • Conduct training sessions on product features, sales techniques, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. • Conduct regular engagement programs for MFDs /clients with the help of regional product managers to increase KYC/business. 6.Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. • Implement risk management protocols and controls to mitigate potential risks and safeguard client interests.
