Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager (HNI Team), you will be the face of our organization for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new HNI clients, build trust and enduring relationships, collaborate with them to design customized investment portfolios, and deliver WOW at every touchpoint. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in reimagining wealth management, combining a client-first approach with advanced tech tools to create impactful and enduring financial outcomes for HNI clients. Key Responsibilities: As a Relationship Manager, you will carry out your responsibilities by constantly upholding our three pillars: IQ (Investment Quotient), DQ (Digital Quotient), and EQ (Emotional Quotient). IQ – Investment Quotient Acquire new HNI clients, expanding the client base and growing the firm's portfolio. Act as a trusted financial advisor, crafting bespoke investment portfolios aligned with client goals, risk appetite, and evolving market opportunities. Continuously deepen your market knowledge by analyzing reports, monitoring trends, and staying attuned to global and local cues. Provide regular portfolio reviews, maintaining a disciplined approach to asset allocation, diversification, and risk management. Proactively deliver informed, timely investment advice based on market insights, ensuring client portfolios remain resilient and opportunity-ready. DQ – Digital Quotient Leverage our in-house tech platform to analyze, track, and manage client portfolios with precision and efficiency. Classified as Internal Collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance the client experience through data-driven insights and feedback. Embrace digital tools to deliver seamless, innovative, and personalized advisory solutions. EQ – Emotional Quotient Build long-term relationships with clients by deeply understanding their aspirations and demonstrating empathy in every interaction. Proactively address client concerns and queries, ensuring trust and transparency at every touchpoint. Foster collaboration across teams, creating a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.
