• Qualified Company Secretary having Membership Number.
• CS with minimum 3-5 years Post Qualification having experience in corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of contract vetting, litigation management
• Listing regulations
• Companies Act,SEBI and ROC compliances

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting Secretarial Department: Assisting in drafting of Notices, Agendas, Minutes of the Board and Committee Meetings, Shareholders Meeting, Compliance Management with Stock exchanges,
• Having expertise in Listing regulations and Companies Act, monitoring compliances of group companies, having knowledge in mergers/ demergers and Managerial skills.
• Contract Vetting: Assisting in Review, draft, preparing brief on wide range of Manufacturing contracts and agreements, service level agreements to ensure they meet the Companys requirements and mitigate potential risks.
• Preparing MIS , template for Commercial and Manufacturing agreements.
• Assisting Legal Advisory: Serve as the Assistant in legal advisor on all matters, providing sound and pragmatic legal advice to various legal issues
• Legal Due Diligence: Assisting legal due diligence process in preparation for the Company's requirement on acquisitions/ takeovers ensuring all legal aspects are addressed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Assisting Litigation Management: Track on all litigation matters, including strategy development and managing external counsel, to protect the Company's interests.
