About the Company




Responsibilities



  • Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory changes and ensuring the company complies with all the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Advising the board on governance matters, including setting meeting agendas, managing director appointments, and ensuring proper minute taking.
  • Organize board and shareholder meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain all relevant records.
  • Ensure company operations in accordance with its internal rules and regulations.
  • Provide advice on legal, financial, and strategic matters.
