Position: Compliance Operations Manager

Location: Noida / Ghaziabad

Reporting To: Head of Operations / Founders

Experience: 3–7 years in compliance, filings, or operations roles (CS/CA firms, LegalTech, RegTech)

Role Overview:

As the Operations Manager, oversee day-to-day compliance and filing operations, collaborate with internal teams, ensure timely deliveries, and drive process automation. Seeking a detail-oriented professional with robust compliance expertise and exceptional team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage diverse regulatory filings like MCA, ROC, GST,Trademark, MSME, IEC, FSSAI etc.

2. Establish SOPs for filings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

3. Lead team coordination, bridging clients, professionals, and tech teams.

4. Leverage technology for compliance support and process enhancement.

5. Generate reports, monitor quality, and uphold compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

- Company Secretary / Semi Qualified background.

- Hands-on experience in compliance operations and filings.

- Proficiency in MCA filings, GST, and tax compliance.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Familiarity with compliance SaaS tools or automation platforms.
