About the Role:

Company Secretary (CS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the

  Companies Act, 2013

  , FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws.
• Prepare and file necessary

  forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)

  .
• Maintain and update

  statutory registers, records, and secretarial files

  .
• Draft and review corporate documents such as

  board minutes, notices, agendas, resolutions, and agreements

  .
• Assist in organizing

  Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings

  , including preparing related documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and handle routine correspondence.
  
• Provide support in drafting policies, compliance checklists, and other secretarial activities.
  

Requirements:

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

  from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

• 0–1 year of relevant experience

  (Freshers may also apply).
• Good knowledge of the

  Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and ROC compliance

  .
• Strong drafting, bank-related documentation, and record-keeping skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  

• Male candidate preferred

  (as per business requirement).
