Should be working as a Company Secretary in Pharma company or any manufacturing company

Profile Details:-

➢ Handling work related to Accounts Payable.

➢ Handling work related to Accounts Receivable.

➢ Handling TDS Returns.

➢ Hands on Experience on Accounting Software of Oracle i.e. Net suite & Tally.

➢ Preparing BRS on Daily Basis.

➢ Posting of Entries in Accounting Software.

➢ Preparing Data for GST Returns.

➢ Finalization of Financial Statements.

➢ FAR & Depreciation Calculation.

➢ Liasioning with Auditors.

➢ Liasioning with Banks.

➢ Reconciliations of GL’s

➢ Budget Forecasting

➢ Handling Imprest Cash System.

➢ Handling Company Law Compliances.

➢ Conducting of Board Meetings.

➢ Preparation of Minutes of Meeting.

➢ Preparation of Documents for Annual Returns.

➢ Preparation of Board Reports.

➢ Vetting & Preparation of Business Agreements.

➢ Handled Shifting of Registered Office from one state to Other

➢ Any other work Assigned from Client. ➢ Handled Work related to Secretarial Compliances of Private Companies, Preparation of Statutory Records and Registers,

Notices, Agenda of Meetings, Filing of Forms,

➢ Annual Returns at MCA.

➢ Handled Registrations under various Acts like Service Tax, Excise Tax, Delhi VAT, UP VAT , Registration under Export Import Code.

➢ Handling work related to conducting of Board Meeting of Clients.

➢ Assisted in Tax Audit of various clients, Filed Returns under Income Tax Act and VAT Returns.

➢ Handling Payroll related Work for Clients.

➢ Any other work Assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
