Job Position:Company Secretary

Location: Kolkata

Corporate Secretary (ICSI Qualified)

Overview: Client seeking an experienced and qualified Corporate Secretary with an ICSI certification to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills and have a proven track record in corporate secretarial, compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- NSE/BSE, Sebi, General compliance for a listed company

- ⁠NBFC RBI compliance (Annual & Quarterly both and Membership compliance)

- ⁠Company Capital Structuring (Pref/Rights/Pvt Placement) knowledge for all types of company (Listed/NBFC/P.Ltd company)

- ⁠RD/NCLT merger Knowledge

- ⁠Roc Job work (as Name change, State shifting, LLP to pvt Ltd to Ltd or vice versa, Paid up)

- ⁠Roc Annual Compliance (AOC,MGT,DIR,ADT,PASS)

- ⁠Balance sheet preparation and finalisation from Scratch till End Upload & Tally Entry

- ⁠ITR filling for IND,Company,Trust)

- ⁠Income tax scrutiny

- ⁠ROC cases

- ⁠GST Filling and checking

- ⁠TDS Filling and checking

Qualifications:

• ICSI certification is mandatory.
