About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance Executive who has practical experience in ROC filings on the MCA V3 Portal. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, an immediate joiner, and currently pursuing Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file various ROC forms on the MCA V3 Portal
• Handle annual filings such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, and other statutory forms
• Assist in company incorporation, DIN applications, and other corporate compliance tasks
• Draft board resolutions, notices, minutes, and compliance documents
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and client compliance trackers
• Communicate with clients professionally regarding compliance requirements
• Support the senior team/CS in various secretarial and MCA-related activities
• Stay updated with MCA notifications, amendments, and compliance deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Practical experience in ROC filings on the V3 Portal (mandatory)
• Fluent English communication (written & verbal)
• Must be pursuing Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI
• Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013, and secretarial standards
• Ability to draft notices, resolutions, and compliance documents clearly
• Good knowledge of MCA processes, forms, and timelines
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility & Salary

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
• Experience in secretarial or compliance work is an advantage
• Full-time office role
