Qualified Company Secretary (CS) (ICSI).
6–8 months of practical experience (articleship / industrial training / internship / job) in corporate secretarial work.
Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, ROC filings, and MCA compliance portal.
Familiarity with drafting resolutions, notices, minutes, and agreements.
Basic understanding of SEBI, FEMA, RBI regulations (added advantage).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities –

Assisting in drafting, preparing, and maintaining statutory records, registers, and minutes of Board and General Meetings.
Handling filing e-forms, ROC returns, and MCA compliance.
Assisting in preparation of Board resolutions, notices, and agendas.
handling compliance of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations
Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulators for statutory requirements.
Maintaining compliance calendar and tracking due dates.
Assisting in drafting of agreements, corporate documents, and legal correspondences.
Supporting clients’ Company Secretary in annual filings, AGM/EGM preparation, and secretarial audits.
Ensuring timely compliance of corporate governance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
