Job Description

Community outreach: Conduct field visits, community campaigns, presentations, and door-to-door surveys to identify and reach potential participants.
Candidate counseling: Inform and counsel individuals and their families about program benefits and potential outcomes, such as skill training and job placement.
Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, schools, and other influencers to support outreach efforts.
Event coordination: Organize and execute events, workshops, and enrollment sessions.
Data collection and reporting: Collect and maintain records, perform baseline surveys, and provide regular updates and feedback on mobilization activities.
Participant support: Track candidate attendance and support retention during training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
