Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Colive, Future Of Living in Bengaluru. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of the properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, coordinate maintenance requests, manage leases and agreements, and handle tenant inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
Property Management, Real Estate, and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of leasing contracts and rental agreements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in property maintenance and facility management
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in property management software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
