As we set the foundation, we're looking for a Community Manager who will not just run the space, but bring it to life. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Bengaluru. You’ll be the face, heart, and soul of the space. This is not just a facilities or operations role, you will shape the culture, vibe, and voice of Kaarya. You’ll engage with members daily, Manage day-to-day operations of the co-working space (cleanliness, safety, seating arrangements, supplies, maintenance), Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth execution of housekeeping, security, tech, and admin needs, handle bookings, inquiries, and resolve member issues quickly and professionally and turn our space into a thriving hub and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Give walk-throughs to prospective clients and ensure the space leaves a strong first impression, work closely with the sales/marketing team to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions What we are looking for: 1–3 years of experience in community building, hospitality, events, or co-working spaces Exceptional communication skills (English, Hindi/Kannada preferred) Warm, approachable, and people-first personality Super organized with the ability to multitask and think on your feet Familiarity with basic office tech and tools (emails, Excel, Canva, Instagram, CRMs) A natural problem-solver who takes ownership
