The profile will include both inside the premises end to end patient handling and outside community reach for business, growth and marketing through events & activities.

• Patient Handling : Managing OPD and IPD flow in all non clinical processes. Assisting & navigating patients inside the hospital.
• • Follow Up : Follow up with the discharged patient about wellbeing and other auxiliary services if needed, then helping with the post sale services.
  • One Point of Contact : Be a solution provider for the patients being a single point of contact
  • Flexibility : Flexibility with appointment booking, billing, in room admission, assisting in discharge process on software.
  • Marketing & Community Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with local communities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with local community residents as well as with the hospital patients/residents.
• Coordination : Interdepartmental coordination and liaising, Clinical & Non Clinical teams
