Community Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage actively with students across Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, and other internal platforms
• Drive and moderate discussions, sharing updates, resources, and celebrating community milestones
• Plan and execute virtual events, Q&A sessions, contests, and peer learning initiatives
• Collect student feedback and analyze community health/sentiment
• Collaborate with academic, tech, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth flow of communication
• Create and manage content calendars, including newsletters, polls, and community spotlights
• Support onboarding experiences for new students and assist in community orientation

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Are a people-person with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, HR, or tech
• Are enthusiastic about education, student life, and building meaningful communities
• Are organized, self-driven, and creative with strong problem-solving skills
• Have prior experience in student councils, clubs, or online community management (preferred)
• Are comfortable working with digital tools like Notion, Canva, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
