Our mission is to connect talent with audiences and create memorable creative spaces.Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive, people-driven Community Manager to lead and grow our artist and audience network. You will manage event execution, community engagement, and collaborations to enhance the mycitymyvoice experience.Key Responsibilities:Event Coordination: Organise and execute open mic shows and community events.Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with performers, audiences, and partners.Performer Management: Coordinate with regional/city heads and maintain performer databases.Content Support: Create and post event updates on social media; basic video editing is a plus.On-Ground Presence: Attend Delhi shows (at least once a month) for networking and community insights.Partnerships: Assist in identifying and onboarding sponsors, venues, and collaborators.Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle both creative and operational aspects of community building.Basic knowledge of social media management tools.Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during events.Prior experience in community or event management is preferred but not mandatory.Perks:Work with a vibrant creative community.Networking opportunities with artists, performers, and industry professionals.Creative freedom to ideate and execute new initiatives.
