As a Community Management Intern at IDEASHACKS, you will play a crucial role in supporting community engagement efforts, enhancing member experiences, and contributing to the development of a strong community culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in onboarding new members to ensure a seamless integration into the IDEASHACKS community. - Supporting the organization and promotion of community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster engagement. - Engaging with members through various channels such as social media, email, and in-person interactions to understand community dynamics. - Gathering feedback from members to gain valuable insights for improving services and community initiatives. - Contributing to the development and execution of community engagement strategies to enhance member experiences. - Assisting the marketing team in creating promotional materials for events and activities. - Monitoring community dynamics to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere. - Supporting administrative tasks by maintaining records and reporting on community activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for community building. - Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management tools. - Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in community management, marketing, or event coordination is a plus.
