Community Development Executive

We are looking for a Community Development Executive who can build strong

connections within the physiotherapy community, promote Remote Physios’ innovative offerings, and help expand our professional network. The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator, relationship builder, and community developer who understands or is willing to learn the nuances of physiotherapy practice.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with qualified physiotherapists and clinic owners.
• Create and grow a strong community of physiotherapists under the Remote Physios network.
• Promote the company’s services, products, and tele-rehabilitation solutions to physiotherapists and institutions.
• Conduct outreach activities such as calls, visits, and online meetings to onboard new members.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.

Requirements :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or background in physiotherapy will be preferred (Graduates and Postgraduates are Welcome).
• Passion for community engagement and relationship-building.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outreach activities (both online and offline).
• Basic understanding of digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
