Job Description:

We are looking for a Community Development Executive to manage and expand our outreach efforts in Villupuram. The ideal candidate is proactive, knows how to connect with people, and is open to using AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Forms, and Canva for faster and smarter community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and build strong relationships with local communities.
• Organize and manage awareness events, training, and support drives.
• Use basic AI tools to create posters, reports, and communication material.
• Collect feedback and community data, and assist in preparing impact reports.
• Collaborate with local leaders, NGOs, and internal teams for program success.

Requirements:

• Any degree (preference for Social Work, Public Relations, or related fields).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community outreach.
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools for daily tasks.
• Strong communication in Tamil and basic English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Villupuram.
