Your challenge?

We’re looking for someone who can turn data into stories and users into fans. Someone who understands both — the power of numbers and the warmth of people. You’ll study how our community engages, identify unsung heroes, and design creative ways to celebrate them through campaigns, stories, and recognition programs.

Your challenge is to make every CricHeroes user feel valued — from the player who scores a century in a local match to the scorer who records every ball faithfully.

What you’ll do

• Identify and celebrate top players, scorers, and fans.
• Design and run engagement campaigns and recognition programs.
• Study user data to improve community participation.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tell great stories.
