Community Builder and Manager

As a Community Builder and Manager at Positive Emotions Lab LLP working on the E-Socialize platform, you will play a crucial role in fostering a sense of warmth, unity, and social acceptance through carefully designed virtual group sessions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Outreach & Partnerships** - Coordinate with college clubs and student bodies to onboard their communities to E-Socialize. - Build and maintain relationships with HR departments of other companies for collaboration and session participation. - Represent E-Socialize with professionalism and warmth in all external communications. - **Hosting & Session Leadership** - Act as a primary session host (Social Maestro), bringing energy, empathy, and clarity to each group session. - Anchor sessions with confidence, ensuring participants feel welcomed, heard, and emotionally safe. - Use creative storytelling and engagement techniques to make each session memorable. - **Team Management & Training** - Recruit, train, and manage a team of session hosts (Social Maestros). - Develop training programs to build anchoring, facilitation, and emotional intelligence skills. - Conduct regular feedback loops and ensure quality control across all hosted sessions. - **Leading Events (Online & Offline)** - Take charge of planning and leading online and offline events aligned with E-Socialize's mission. - Confidently host sessions, workshops, and meetups, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement. - Coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive participation and maintain quality across formats. - **Ethical & Cultural Alignment** - Champion the emotional values and ethical foundation of E-Socialize. - Ensure all community experiences remain inclusive, non-judgmental, and safe. - Handle sensitive user concerns with empathy, tact, and professionalism.
