Your competencies will include clear and persuasive communication skills to engage customers effectively, negotiation skills to encourage renewals and additional purchases, and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience. Having knowledge of various insurance products and their benefits, staying updated on insurance regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as implementing strategies for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, will be crucial for your success in this role.
