Job Role and responsibility:

• Conduct communication training sessions
• Design and implement activities, events on innovative language learning.
• Train students in soft skills, public speaking, and interview techniques.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
• Maintain a motivating and engaging learning environment.
• Contribute to Brototype’s communication Instagram page through content preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in soft skills and personality development training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle both individual and group sessions.
• Candidate must have own laptop.
• Candidate should be familiar with Malayalam Language.

Added Advantage: Content creation and presentation skills, especially for social media platforms like Instagram.
