Job Description

Edit and manage research outputs in collaboration with team members, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organisational goals.
Ensure that all editorial focus areas are addressed accurately, logically, comprehensively, and in a timely manner, while maintaining adherence to ethical standards, editorial integrity, and organisational policies.
Support researchers in producing meaningful, high-quality content that resonates with both the organisation s objectives and its target audiences.

Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate degree in English or any STEM-related field

Experience

2 - 3 years of relevant experience in writing, editing, and content management (experience in scientific or technical editing preferred)

Skill Set

Strong understanding of editorial principles and best practices
Skilled in structuring and shaping content for clarity and impact
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Familiarity with multiple style guides
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Multimedia, digital storytelling, social media, and SEO skills are an added advantage
