Communications Documentation Executive

Our NGO, Ved Gyan Foundation, works on impactful social initiatives aimed at creating meaningful change in communities.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to handle our LinkedIn presence, branding, website coordination, marketing materials, and documentation for both the company and NGO.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Presence & Branding

- Manage and post engaging content on LinkedIn for both Envio Energy and Ved Gyan Foundation.

- Coordinate website updates, improvements, and content uploads with developers.

- Create brochures, company profiles, and other marketing materials.

- Develop strategies to improve online visibility and brand reach.

Content Creation & Documentation

- Draft, edit, and proofread content for social media, website, proposals, and presentations.

- Maintain organized records of branding materials and official documents.

- Prepare formal company and NGO documents, tenders, and reports.

Job Description

Coordination & Communication

- Liaise with designers, vendors, and stakeholders for marketing & website-related work.

- Assist management in drafting official communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or similar field.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media management, branding, and documentation.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva/Photoshop.

- Basic website management knowledge (WordPress preferred).

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
