Communications and social media lead

You will be joining Four Seasons Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. as a full-time Communications and Social Media Lead based in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all company communication with clients and on social media platforms. Your tasks will include: - Developing and executing client communication templates - Designing menu designs and event collaterals - Creating social content strategies - Generating engaging social media posts - Overseeing communication and monitoring engagement metrics - Collaborating with different teams to ensure consistent messaging To excel in this position, you must possess: - Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills - Excellent communication and writing skills - Experience in developing compelling Content Strategies - Ability to analyze social media metrics and reporting - Organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently - Experience in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is required to be considered for this role.,
