Position: Communication Trainer

Job Description:

• Train students on spoken English, personality development, and soft skills.
• Enhance candidates’ communication, grooming, and interview preparation.
• Conduct classroom sessions, group discussions, and role-plays.
• Develop training material and ensure effective delivery.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (English/Communication background preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Prior experience as a communication/soft skills trainer is desirable.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
