Key Responsibilities:

• Handle WhatsApp Broadcast communication for updates, offers, and service alerts.
• Maintain contact lists and segment audience for targeted communication.
• Manage outgoing and incoming customer calls for inquiries, feedback, and coordination.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via email and maintain professional correspondence.
• Maintain CRM records and logs of communication for reporting and review.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer service execution.

Requirements:

• Graduate in B. Com or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business tools and email etiquette.
• Customer-focused attitude with good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM tools (preferred).
