Communication Specialist

Communications Specialist Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategies for Memory Technologys activities across Asia sites aligning with the company's objectives and brand identity for internal & external audience. Create, edit, and manage the production of digital and print content including newsletters, announcements, event communications, quarterly reports, presentations, and brochures. Convert complex information into articles, blogs, reports, informative creatives, PPTs or any other written content. Prepare text content, web content, digital media content, polls, surveys, broadcasting information on behalf of the department. Coordinate with various teams to gather information and craft clear, compelling messages for internal and external audiences. Manage the teams presence on social media (LinkedIn), including content creation, post scheduling, and engagement analytics. Manage and maintain the core content of our internal website for the team Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communication strategies and practices. Qualifications/Experience 2 years of experience in the relevant field Proven experience in corporate/marketing communication or a related field. Video/Writing/art/design creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms. A strong portfolio of prior creatives (illustrations or other graphics) Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effect, & Adobe Premiere Pro, MS Power-Point, MS Publisher, template design (specialist)) Experience/knowledge of website and social media technologies and applications and other communication channels. Excellent English skills in writing, editing & proofreading is a must. Prior experience with communications for multiple geographical audiences will be a plus. Passion for Technology and Business understanding Strong project management skills: ability to manage deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
