Communication Specialist

As a Merchandiser, your role will be crucial as you act as a bridge between buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are developed and delivered according to global quality standards and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle complete order workflow from inquiry to shipment - Coordinate with internal teams to track progress, approvals, and timelines - Communicate effectively with international buyers, vendors, and internal departments - Follow up on materials, approvals, and sample progress - Draft professional emails, reports, and status updates - Maintain trackers, production status reports, order sheets, and shipping details - Organize records for costing, sourcing, and sampling - Coordinate with production, design, sourcing, and QA teams - Identify bottlenecks and highlight delays for timely resolution **Why Join Us:** - Opportunity to work with international luxury brands - On-the-job training in product development and global merchandising - Fast-paced environment with growth opportunities - Exposure to end-to-end supply chain & product life cycle As for the application questions, you will be asked about your current CTC (LPA) and if you have experience working with Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Data conditioning, Etc.).
