Job Description

JD for Communication Specialist:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Craft clear and compelling internal communication materials to align teams with client objectives.
Develop external-facing content, such as case studies, press releases, and website content, to enhance brand reputation.
Support leadership in preparing speeches, presentations, and key messaging for client engagements.
Ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to client communication guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between needs, business goals, and communication strategies.
Gather insights from stakeholders to refine messaging and improve communication effectiveness
Provide strategic communication guidance to improve engagement and brand positioning

Skills Required:

Demonstrable 8-10+ years of overall communication management experience preferably in IT or services organization
Master's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in corporate communications, client engagement, or a related role.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
Experience with communication tools, CRM platforms, and content management systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, content creation tools, and social media platforms.
Experience in PR and Analyst relationship management
Experience in video editing tools, intranet, internal communication tools, etc
Certification in change management preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills
